You must provide a proper notification to the artist and a compulsory 'CREDIT' to this blog/artist (Copy the link to the image and post it along with the image and mention the name of the Artist) if you are publishing/sharing the images of the artworks/poetry/prose anywhere else on the internet. You must also provide the artist with the 'Link' to such posts, so that it can be published in this blog. If you are using the artworks/poetry/prose for offline training, research, lectures, talks, presentations, performances and publishing, you need to provide short videos or images from such events with the artist for documentation purpose.
For those who want to use any of these artworks/poetry/prose for monetizing/profitable venture, it is MANDATORY for them to contact the artist with their proposal and acquire his WRITTEN CONSENT on a contract recording all the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.
The original paintings are for sale and individuals interested in acquiring any of them can contact the artist through email.
